MTCC AmeriCorps members serve at schools and organizations throughout the state of Montana, focusing on educational equity, poverty alleviation, and veteran support. Service with MTCC is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable work experience in social impact careers.
Year-Long MTCC AmeriCorps members commit to one year of service in communities across the state of Montana. Members receive a living stipend, healthcare and childcare benefits when eligible, professional development opportunities, and an education award that can be used to pay student loans or for future education expenses. AmeriCorps Team Members are college students who commit to serve 300 hours over the academic year. Team Members receive an education award, and in some cases they may combine their service with work study, internship, or practicum positions.
