Montana Campus Compact expects that participants will walk away more confident in their ability to create high-impact, community-driven programs and initiatives. CBI is based on the community-building cycle. These six steps serve as a model for sustainable community development initiatives. The training is composed of five, web-based, hour-long sessions facilitated by community leaders and experienced nonprofit professionals. Participants have opportunities to interact with trainers and are provided support materials.
